You followed my advice

This is a whole lot better than your last try. This has Amon Amarth written all over the guitar parts, and you listened to me when I said to turn the drum volume down.

It kept my attention as everyone else has stated, and I was wondering if you still needed bass parts recorded?

Bonemill responds:

Sure man ill make some tabs and send you them.

Catchy

That sums it up. It has classical guitar, piano, a creepy ambiance about the whole thing. I wouldn't call it industrial, but it has an industrial background whirling.

It's ambient flamenco with samples.

Awesome.

Psychomessiahs responds:

Thank you very much

Oh My God!!

The only song I have ever heard worthy of perfect 10s. This is so awesome, I cannot put it into words. The bells in the beginning, well, put simply, DID NOT WARN be of the heavy guitar crunch later.

Perfect.

Many thanks, Idiosyncratic :)

AHHH OVERPOWERING CYMBALS

The only problem are the overpowering cymbals which drowned out the riffs. The riff sounded pretty cool, but it's hard to tell with the crash cymbals so loud. The vocals were a good attempt at black metal rasps although they could use some work. From what wasn't drowned out, it was good.

Well you CAN do improv...

No doubt about it, this is some great improvising. The beginning was quite melodic, sweet, and leaves you with a sense of emptiness, in a good way. The second, heavier part isn't too bad, but you did hit some wrong notes, which did mess it up a bit, but toward the middle of the solo it got better, but again toward the end it still wasn't playing in a scale, which gave it an atonal sound. The solos tend to get better when you're playing faster, and when the double bass drums kick in.

Improve that part and it's pretty good.

okay ill take this on board and try to improve my work :) thanks for listening

Fuck clarity, this is heavy.

Evil, definitely. The vocals slay. The guitar songs awesome, the production really sucks, and the drums are annoying.

The production really kills it though.

Bonemill responds:

yeah it was done with a crappy mic about the size of a period mark lol. Really crappy mic.

Well then, what HAVE we got here?

A masterpiece, that's what. This song is great, and trance-like, but haunting. It wouldn't be out of place in an arcade platform game, during a boss fight maybe. This is awesome stuff, the lyrics are awesomely evil, and whatnot. And don't get me started on the melody. The melody, how great; catchy, beautiful and definitely there. It picks up on emotions and makes you, well quite frankly, I can't express it.

This song would be perfect in let's say, an anime, or even Dance Dance Revolution, and that's a complement.

DistortionResonance responds:

Haha, Cagedrealm AKA Resonance was the one who added those nice square stabs in the song, which I think gave it that nice videogame feel :D

That melody was written on whim. We were sitting there and he said "We need to Dracul by Infected Mushroom on this song. Humming voices and everything". So.... that melody is the first thing that we came up with :) Glad you liked it!

Thanks for the review, its great to see that you are a man of your word :)

You would of been popular...

if anyone had a good taste in music. I like this song, and it wouldn't of been out of place during the 90's alt rock scene. The vocals were probably the best part, and I can tell that you have some emotion put into this song. When I first read the title I thought you covered the Helmet song.

The riff DOES get repetitive, however...

It still manages to get to you. I like it, great name as well. The bass is audible, and thus you get cool points for that. Keep it up, and I hope you add to a promising track.

Scribbler responds:

Thanks for the kind review and yes, it is a tad bit reptitive. Thank you for giving me cool points for making the bass audible, I hate it when the bass cannot be heard, especially on hard rock songs.

I will add to this track.

WAHTEVZ

No, seriously, I likes it. Great, heavy, crushing riffs pounded into your stomach and when the solo comes in, pheeeeeewwwwwwwwww, god that's killer. Keep it up, say metal, peace.
